How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within Australia is free on orders of $99 or more – every Pet Hair Vacuum ships free. Smaller orders are $9.95. We also ship to New Zealand, the US, UK, Canada, Europe and more – see our shipping page.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on where you are. We'll email you when your order ships and keep you updated until it arrives.

The destinations we currently ship to are shown at checkout when you enter your address.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
You have 30 days from delivery. If the vacuum is unused or not as described, get in touch and we'll arrange a refund. If you've changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If it's faulty, we cover it. Full details are on our 30-day guarantee page.
How do I start a return or refund?
Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and a short note on what's wrong. We'll reply with the next steps.
Is the Pet Hair Vacuum cordless?
Yes. It runs on a removable rechargeable lithium-ion battery – up to 80 minutes on the lowest setting – and charges on its wall-mount dock.
Does it work on carpet and rugs?
Yes. The motorised floor brush and up to 75 kPa of suction lift hair from carpet and rugs – turn the power up for thick pile.
Is it good for dogs and cats?
Yes. The anti-tangle floor brush is designed with long hair in mind, and the long crevice tool and 2-in-1 brush help with sofas, pet beds and stairs.
What's in the box?
Vacuum (main unit, extension tube, motorised floor brush and removable battery), wall-mount charging dock, charger with Australian plug, long crevice tool and 2-in-1 brush.
What are the specs?
750 W brushless motor, up to 75 kPa suction, up to 80 minutes run time on the lowest setting, a 1.8 L dust cup with no-touch emptying, a HEPA filter and a removable battery. Full details are on the product page; if you need something that isn't listed, send us a message.
How do I look after it?
Empty the dust cup after each clean and keep the HEPA filter clean as shown in the manual. Check the brush roll now and then and clear any hair caught on it.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments go through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
